    How does coaching work?

    You and the coach have a conversation. The coach listens, summarizes, and asks questions to help you create a plan of action. Then, the coach encourages and supports you in taking action. You grow faster and become the moving power in your life.

    Coaching helps you to transmute emotional energy into productive action. Coaching also reframes negatives into positives: complaints into goals, and limitations into opportunities for personal growth.

    Your first coaching experience includes an orientation into the processes being used. It usually takes three to six months to learn the coaching process, as well as accomplish the first significant goal. After this initial period, you'll understand the coaching process. Coaching continues to provide insights into life and works to ensure progress toward your envisioned future.
