Pricing

An initial 20-minute session is free. We’ll discuss your needs, available services, and pricing.
Single-Session Option. This session can last 1 to 2.5 hours, and focuses on 1) clarifying the root problem and setting a main goal, and 2) developing an action plan in easy steps to create progress and achieve the goal.
Goal-Focused Option. Weekly sessions are scheduled for 3 to 12 weeks. Coaching focuses on you, your goal, and specific “focus topics” you bring to the session. The objective will be to create rapid progress toward your specified goal, including checking on progress, providing insights and encouragement, and coaching focused on you. Includes unlimited emails. The coach keeps you and your goals in mind between sessions.
Life Coaching Option. Monthly sessions are scheduled for one year. Includes unlimited emails and occasional brief phone calls. The coach keeps you, your goals and situation in mind between sessions.
Payments must be received and processed before services are provided.

Services

Your coach carries only 10 clients per month to ensure you get adequate attention.
Your coach meets with clients in person (42%) or by phone (58%). Your coach prefers to meet clients face-to-face for the first session, if feasible.
Your coach provides wisdom and motivation (insight, resources, planning assistance, encouragement, accountability, training, information, rehearsals, and celebrates your achievements). However, making progress is entirely up to you. “You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink.”

GUARANTEE:

If you don’t feel you are making progress, you must notify your coach immediately in writing (email). You’ll work together closely to correct the problem to your satisfaction. After three sessions, if you still don’t feel you are making progress, you may request a refund for prepaid but unused services plus the last three sessions at $125 per session. No refund will be given for the Single-Session Option
